About these numbers
- Coverage — Counts reflect cases that were scraped by the scraper, not necessarily every filing in Wayne County. In particular, cases that were opened and sealed (e.g. via diversion)between scraper runs may not appear.
- Venue —
Location:is the value on the Register of Actions at scrape time (e.g.36 District Court, DetroitvsCriminal Division). - CCW-only — Every charge row’s normalized name equals
Carrying a concealed weapon - Filing year — Parsed from
Date Filed:as MM/DD/YYYY; rows that do not parse are omitted from year breakdowns. - CSV export — Capped at 100000 rows.
